:: Beauty Tips for all brides
Looking good on the wedding day is very important. All brides have to have perfect skin condition for the best result putting make-up on for the most pictures taken on that day. We provide a really simple “8” rules to keep the skin in good condition and all brides can take this little habits for the rest of your lifetime (actually a new life style):
- Get at least 8 hours sleep per day.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water and try to avoid drinking pop or any drink with carbohydrate.
- Have well balance nutrition, eat lots of fruit and veggie with red and green colour.
- Try to arrange a home spa for one half day every week, its for your own benefit to relax and take care your whole body.
- Look for your home care product, which suit you the best for your skin care system. You better start 6 months prior to your wedding day. Try to have a moisture mask every week to nourish the skin to avoid skin dehydration.
- Always wear a UV protection day cream daily to avoid the skin dehydration and aging.
- As little as 10 to 15 mins exercise everyday.
- Get a body massage every week, plan one month prior to your wedding.
